' Hope for Romanian Dogs' is a joint campaign by Occupy for Animalsand Alianta pentru Combaterea Abuzurilor, created in support of the new draft law initiated by Romanian Independent Member of the Romanian Parliament, Remus Cernea, in May 2015.
MEP Stefan Bernhard Eck also distributed this report as a brochure to the Members of the 'Intergroup' during their meeting from 8th of October, 2015, which was entirely dedicated to the issue of mismanagement of Romania's stray animal populations.
